Ribono - Koussevitsky

I meant to post this during chol hamoed, but didn't get to it. anyway, if you don't know where the words are from, don't ask, or ask anonymously!

Itzhak Perlman - Jean Baptiste Accolay's Violin Concerto in A Minor

...speaking of which... another favorite of mine, off Perlman's Concertos of My Childhood (my second favorite track on the CD. So why don't I post my favorite? Avodim hayinu l'Par'oh biMitzrayim...)

Anne Akiko Meyers Mendelssohn Violin Concerto in E Minor

This one is for Avi,
(Though she doesn't play it as well as Isaac Stern)

To the Critics

פיינשמעקערס!!!
Here are two more clips from the same concert one Malovany and one Hershtik and hear for your self.
Oh, and in case your ears still fool you, here is a copy of the playbill from the concert.

Who By Fire - Leonard Cohen

The Sax by Sonny Rollins is just awesome!!!!

Naftali Hershtik singing Mimkomcha

I was at this concert in 2003 at Lincoln Center. The song made an impression on me.
(Notice that Cantors World released it as Malovani singing it)

Shifchi Kamayim

Avremaleh Melamed by David Koussevitzky
