Matisyahu's Interview with Aish

[bad joke was here. deleted]

Aaaaaanyway, I found BloginDM yesterday after Googling "Yud Beis Tammuz Niggun". Our blog come up right up top, after Chabad.org. Inadvertent SEO. So, BloginDM came up as well, having graciously linked to us here! And BloginDM also linked to this interview. And the interview links to FOUR new Matisyahu tracks. And now they are yours.

Actually, I have been to BloginDM in the past, but have never really spent the time to explore, see and enjoy. Kind of the way one can be at a Shabbos table together but only meet on that first date. But first dates are often memorable for all the wrong reasons and this was enjoyable.

Heights - Matisyahu

Listen to that man Philophosize! We basically adore the opening petal-enhanced guitar riff. Unrelated, though nothing ever is, we are now a mobile blog for devices that don't stay in one place.

Hashem rays fire blaze burn bright and I believe! Or something.

Beit Hamikdash - Tuvia Bolton

It's been a few posts since I needed to post a track, so here's a track I really needa post.

Every single element of this song rocks: the reggae-over-gospel groove; the simply-spoken lyrics; the kazoo (prompted by "play-that-thing"); and the endless parade of spectacular interludes at the end (afterlude is not a word and postlude is just unpretty. Which is not a word).

Whoooaaaaa, it will really be Sababa!
Much, much better than Olam Habba, aaaaah,
Yeeeahhhhh! The whole world will be biseider!
Can there be anything grea-ter,
Than to rejoice with our Cre-a-ta-a-a-a!?
