The Kotzker Rebbe said that the Jewish people have no fast days:
"Af Yom Kippur, ver darft essen? Un af Tish'a b'Av, ver KEN essen?" (On Yom Kippur, who needs food? And on Tish'a b'Av, who can eat?)
What can I say? What shall we sing? And who needs to hear who doesn't already know? No?
