Shlomo Simcha is probably one of the most underrated conventional Jew singers. He puts the "Tefilla" back into "Baal Tefilla". He is a mentsch of a man, an excellent Chazzan with quite a repertoire of Eh! songs like this one that merit an Ahh! for his performance anyway. Breathing is not impeccable which is actually nice to hear on such a plain song...
Always a master of tempered vibrato. Check 1:49 - 1:52 where he holds a straight note for three seconds before allowing the subtle vibrato.
