I was there when he sang this in Dec 2003 at Lincoln Center. On his latest cd, Itche Meir does it real smooth. But then again Yossele takes the cake for composition and execution
was recorded during a concert ? because if it is it makes sense why he sounds so bad .in a studio they have excellent equipment to make him sound better than he is.in reality although helfgot is a great chazzan with a superb voice he is still too screechy and thin .
