The first time I heard Helfgott sing Yossi Greens Kanei, I was unimpressed, but now, every time I open Shir Shel Yom and see this version, I can't help but start singing the other on to myself. My only explanation is that the song is good, but Helfgott really holds it back. Just imaging Ohad singing Yossi Green's Kanei. Now that's a good song!
