Have you ever played that game in which you substitute every instance of some word for another owrd? Like: Whenever you would use the word "Head," use "Peanut." E.g.: "I woke up with such a peanut-ache this morning. I was peanuting downstairs to have a coffee and clear my peanut, but I must've gotten apeanut of myself because I fell peanut-first down the stairs and was nearly bepeanutted by the glass vase below!"
or: every time you would use a noun, use coloratura. As in:
I was speaking to my coloratura earlier about having a coloratura with the coloratura of my coloratura because my coloratura was coloratura coloratura about coloratura and it was really starting to coloratura my peanut off!"
PS: Dear Anon: I (we) appreciate your comments and obvious appreciation for chazzanus but many of your opinions have read overly definitive and have made me personally uncomfortable... especially coming from an Anon when ShirShelYom is a kinda privateish blog. Hence my cynicism. Nothing personal; please use a name when commenting and try to be a bit more dialogueical.
