National Day of Mimkomcha 2010

ממקומך מלכינו תופיע – From Your place, our King, reveal Yourself and reign over us, for we wait for You. When will You reign in Zion? Let it be soon in our days, [and may it last] forever and ever. May You dwell and be exalted and hallowed within Jerusalem Your city for all generations and to all eternity. May our eyes behold Your kingship as it is said in the songs to Your majesty by David, Your righteous anointed: ימלך ה' לעולם, אלקיך ציון לדור ודור, הללו'ה!

Abie Rotenberg - Lev v'Nefesh I

Shlomo Carlebach - Hitoriri version (also on others)

MBD - HASC version (also on Solid MBD)

Yeedle - Shiru Lamelech

Yaakov Shwekey - Ad Bli Dai

Shlomo Simcha - Simchas Yom Tov*

D'veykus - Dov Levine & Rivie Schwebel*

Mendy Wald - LeChaim

*6/29/11 - CORRECTION: Thanks Moishe S. for noting that the previously labeled "Shlomo Simcha" was actually a D'veykus of some sort; Dov Levine, Rivie Schwebel and Co. Shlomo Simcha has been added...

  1. Just say Ahh! for the effort, if not each one :)

I ranked it in alphabetical order until number 3 when I switched to numbers for one track before moving to order of like, but it is a random order.

  3. Not to be an party-pooper, and only because you asked, I thought they all sucked. That's right, every last one. I am sorry.

  4. The "Asked" was specifically for my effort in posting seven tracks... There was no claim of specatular tracks, though I do really like MBD's, Abie's and the low part of Yeedle's.

  5. How anal do you have to be to edit a typo three days later?

If it's not worth taking credit for, it's probably not worth saying!
